When we were kids we used to always ask what the sus on the scene was. Simply put t meant “Whats new?” There was a longer version of the question. Sometimes we asked ‘What’s the sus on the scene of the crime of the day?” It meant we were looking for any scandal, gossip or intrigue that was going around the school yard or in the news. It was our facebook, our social media….our face time in the school yard, pen pal letters to countries with awesome stamps and letters sent that were months apart. Now its September 2017 and the blackberries are ripe along the school lanes, the trees are turning gold, carpeting the sidewalks with sheets of damp fallen leaves. And the Sus on the Scene of the Crime of the Day is that I finally launched a website.
